Are you a hands-on, motivated tradesperson ready to take the next step in your career? Our client is seeking a Maintenance Fitter to join our high-performing team at our Wetherill Park site. This is your chance to be part of a dynamic FMCG environment with real opportunities for growth.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks including boiler checks and equipment inspections
• Use MEX software to diagnose and resolve issues
• Participate in LOTO, Quality, and Induction Training
• Work within a buddy system alongside 8 other fitters per shift
• Build strong relationships with operators at the start of each shift

What We’re Looking For:

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn – this is our #1 priority
• Ideally from a FMCG background
• Someone early in their career and eager to grow into leadership roles
• A team player who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Structured 3-1-3 rotating roster

• Day Shift: 5:45am – 6:15pm
• Night Shift: 5:45pm – 6:15am
• 7–8 days off between shift transitions
